New Mexico Governmental Links

The New Mexico Taxation and Revenue Department: This department issues the final determination of whether tax credits are approved and their amount.

The New Mexico Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department: This department is responsible for evaluating applications for sustainable building tax credits and conservation easement tax credits in cooperation with the Taxation and Revenue Department.

The New Mexico Economic Development Department: This department determines which employers are eligible for the rural job tax credit and reports to the Taxation and Revenue Department.

The New Mexico Historic Preservation Division of the Department of Cultural Affairs: This division is charged with identifying, documenting, evaluating and registering prehistoric and historic properties throughout New Mexico.
